The Ladysmith Gallery hosts two art shows a month that are open to the public - a monthly member art show featuring a variety of artworks around a different theme from Vancouver Island and Gulf Island artists; followed by a 10 day guest artist exhibition. The location also features a curated gallery boutique shop with smaller artworks from over 50 artists. The boutique holds seasonal offerings as well. Other events that take place at the Ladysmith Gallery are art pop-ups with interactive art experiences, prestigious art exhibitions such as the biennial Fine Arts Show and late night shopping opportunities during the December season. Located in the heart of downtown Ladysmith, the Ladysmith Gallery is seconds away from local shopping and restaurants. A not for profit organization under the Arts Council of Ladysmith, it has a strong reputation for the largest and top quality of art from West Coast artists for over 20 years.

Welcome to Cluxewe, a natural wonder, in the land of the Kwakiutl people. Cluxewe has two different, but related, meanings: place of the changing river mouth and place of refuge. We are located in the best location to kayak Victoria's Outer Harbour! Explore the waters and shoreline surrounding Alder Bay on a three and a half hour guided kayak tour. Kilby Park is situated on the confluence of the Harrison and Fraser rivers in scenic Harrison Mills. It features a beautiful 35-site campground, a day-use area, sandy beaches, nature trails and a boat launch. The Park is at the west end of Kilby Road, within walking distance of the Historic Site.
