The Sooke Region Museum & Visitor Centre is a community museum that explores the human and natural heritage of the region from Sooke to Port Renfrew. The museum also operates the local visitor information centre for the region. We have both exhibits in the main museum building and around the grounds. In the Summer we are open 7 days a week. In the off season we are closed Mondays and most Stat holidays. Starting the first Thursday in June, and running until first Thursday in September, we host a night market from 5pm to 8pm and museum stays open during this event.We also usually are closed over Christmas and the first week of January. The museum holds various special event during the year, has a gift shop with local arts & crafts, plus can do special meals for pre-booked tour groups.

Although our farm has grown over the years we continue to bring our community the best of BC berries, both in our market and from our upick fields. Driediger Farms is located on 72nd St in Langley BC, just 5 minutes off Highway 1, making it an easy stop when you are heading in or out of town and a convenient local market for your daily needs.

Big Eddy Glass Works is a working glassblowing studio and gallery in Revelstoke, B.C., serving up handmade glass gifts with serious flair. Founded by glass artist Leah Allison in 2018, we blow glass under a disco ball and turn molten magic into colourful drinkware, vases, and functional art. The mission of the Comox Air Force Museum is to preserve and teach the history and heritage of the Royal Canadian Air Force with a focus on CFB Comox, 19 Wing, and the west coast of Canada. A self-guided tour begins at the dawn of military aviation in WWI, WWII, Korea, the Cold War and United Nations Peacekeeping before reaching the section that features all of 19 Wing's past and present squadrons. The research library contains aviation reference materials, technical manuals, personal accounts, biographies, logbooks, and photographs. A well stocked gift shop is filled with clothing, hats, toys, and exclusive RCAF memorabilia. Heritage Air Park is home to a collection of aircraft that once flew at CFB Comox.

Takaya Tours offers interpretive canoe and kayak tours in Burrard Inlet that highlight the First Nation culture of the area. Operating from bases in Cates Park (Whey-Ah-Wichen) in North Vancouver and (Tum-tay-wheutan) in Belcarra Regional Park, Port Moody. Takaya Tours offers a range of safe and exciting activities that mix outdoor adventure with an authentic interpretation of Coast Salish culture. Tours operate from May-Oct.

Open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm year round. Weekends and Holidays noon to 4pm (when staff available, check). Our displays include First Nations, pioneer items including an 1880's cabin, mining, logging & ranching. Displays are curated annually. Our hobby farm consists of an array of pets and a horse plus plenty of wildlife. We have an abundance of wildlife that live around our farm; our resident deer had her fawn on our property last year. Waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee on the privacy of your own deck listening to all the birds and occasionally catching a glimpse of the local deer and her babes is truly magical. This year she has twins and I seen them for the first time romping through a field of daisies. Crazy lucky I feel to live here and enjoy these moments. Both cottages are now fully equipped with kitchenettes so you may have options to cook a light meal at home or for a special occasion please ask and I am happy to offer breakfast or late afternoon cheese plate served to you out in your hideaway.
