Nanaimo Museum: Discover Nanaimos fascinating history in our museum located in the VI Conference Centre. The main gallery offers a sense of what life was like for Nanaimo's earliest settlers and the Snuneymuxw First Nation. Our award winning replica coal mine is a popular stop. The museum also manages the Bastion, an original Hudson's Bay Company post built in 1853. Dont miss the gift shop! Welcome to our Western Red Cedar Post and Beam duplex cabin with 1,200 foot wrap around deck, amazing mountain vista views on 172 acres of Northern BC wilderness. Located approximately 109 kms north of Terrace, BC in the beautiful Nass Valley, home of the Nisga'a Nation. The east end guest cabin boasts 3 private bedrooms with open concept living/dining/kitchen area, 27 ft. vaulted ceilings and access to many trails. An additional 2 bedrooms with 17 ft. vaulted ceilings and a shared bath are available on the second floor of the west end dining cabin. Breakfast is included with your room and lunches and dinners will be provided upon request at an additional cost.

Inkaneep Provincial Park is nestled in tall riverside cottonwoods in a residential area. This park offers wonderful bird watching opportunities. Park users should use caution when hiking around this park; poison ivy is abundant in this area. The park is conveniently located just outside of the town of Oliver. Open from the last weekend in June through Labour Day.
