We are just a 10-minute walk into Ganges Village where you'll find restaurants, groceries, shopping, the Saturday Market and Tuesday Farmer's Market, kayaking and live music. In the summer months, Ganges boasts a variety of entertainment for all ages. After a day of touring our beautiful island, relax on your patio or in our gardens before you venture off to dinner in town.

Tide Rip Grizzly Tours Ltd. is a small independent company located in Telegraph Cove on Northern Vancouver Island, British Columbia. For over 15 years, Tide Rip has been leading daily boat-based expeditions to view and photograph the wild grizzly bears and other spectacular wildlife native to coastal British Columbia. We subscribe to the philosophy: 'conservation through coexistence' and endeavour to promote that through outreach education programs and presentations, fundraising projects, and sponsoring conservation NGOs, in addition to our daily grizzly bear tours.

We do it all from commercial diving to suit repairs and gear servicing not to forget world class diving experiences year around. Our boat is fast, with a head & has an elevator. We offer trips from PORT HARDY to NANAIMO depending on the time of year and where the best diving is at the time. Our Port Hardy & Hornby Island trips are usually sold out months and years in advance so book your adventure early.
