Snowshoeing is a great way to explore winter landscapes. We cater to a wide variety of age groups, fitness and experience levels. If you have never been snowshoeing, fear not, if you can walk you can snowshoe. Join us on a guided tour through beautiful snowshoe designated trails in the sub-alpine forests of the Selkirk Mountains. Tour includes snowshoes, tea, snacks and a gondola ride.

Shuswap Marina is a family operated business located in the interior of Beautiful British Columbia on Shuswap Lake. You can find us across from Copper Island. We offer year round moorage & cover winter storage, seasonal & temporary moorage, trailer storage and mini storage. At Shuswap Marina you will find a FULL Service Department ready and able to repair all makes and models of boat and motor from stem to stern! We also offer a boat towing service on the water to get you home when things go wrong! We rent boats, stand up paddle boards, kayaks & a wide selection of water toys. At our Marina you will also find a summer store with everything you need to enjoy our beautiful lake, a full line of boat and fishing accessories and off course ICE CREAM! Please be aware that we are a pet friendly facility., so please never leave your pets in the car while you are visiting our Marina. Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing is a British Columbia original, sitting on Tyaughton Lake and surrounded by the Southern Chilcotin Mountains. The kitchen features a seasonal a la carte menu from a passionate team of chefs. The Spa includes 3 treatment rooms, an infrared and dry sauna, eucalyptus steam room, outdoor Hot Tub, yoga studio, and therapists who can assist you after sport or during your absorption of tranquillity. Additionally, guests can choose to stay at one of the three luxury wilderness chalets at the resort. Offering private accommodations for up to 18 guests (depending on the chalet), they are perfect for a family reunion or getaway. In the summer, if camping is more your approach, guests can choose from five RV lakefront sites and one non-lakefront site. We also have five tent friendly campsites available with water, washrooms, and showers. One tent per site, four people per site maximum.

Fossil Beach Farm is a private 80 acre waterfront working farm. We offer glamping in our fully finished bell tents overlooking the Salish Sea and fresh cider fermented from our on site and other Hornby orchards. Our tasting room offers 5 different ciders, experimental tap, and non-alcoholic choices available in tasting flights, growlers, or prepackaged to be enjoyed in our picnic area or to go. We now offer farm to table BBQ in our outdoor kitchen during tasting hours.

We source fruit from our own vineyards: 150 acres of prime land on two very distinct benches - the Black Sage Bench and the Golden Mile Bench. The unique characteristics of each bench create the terroir-driven wines that are classic illustrations of the place they are grown. Open year-round March-May: 10am 5pm | May-September: 10am 7pm | September-October: 10am 6pm | Nov - Feb: 10am 4pm. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
