Little Straw Vineyards is a family-owned estate winery with vineyard plantings dating back to the late-60's. The majority of our wines are made from our estate-grown grapes. We offer an electric array of wine-related condiments, regional literature, and gift items to round out your visit. The Slamkas planted their vineyard in 1969 with the intention of selling grapes to large commercial wineries in the area. By 1996, the three Slamka sons had established their own beautiful winery overlooking the Okanagan lake in West Kelowna. The Sidhu family owners of Kalala Organic Estate Winery they took over ownership in 2021 and have kept the Slamkas legacy alive. They brought Organic farming to Little Straw's Vineyards which added organic certification as one another achievement in Legacy of Little Straw.

The Whistler Brewing Co. is Whistler's original craft brewery established in 1989 on Alpha Lake Road in Whistler, BC. The Tap House opened in 2009 in Function Junction and is today still locally owned and operated. Whistler Brewing offers 10-15 brews a year, generally lighter and fruiter seasonal beers in the summer and darker ones in the winter. Join one of our fully guided tours and enjoy a tasting of our award winning beers in the Tap House. The Penticton & District Community Arts Council is located inside the historic Leir House Cultural Centre. Visitors are invited to tour the house while taking in the current art exhibition. The arts council offers fun art classes each month and has locally made items for sale in the gift shop. There are artists in residence to visit and it is also the home of the Penticton Potters' Guild and the Penticton Academy of Music & Dramatic Arts.
