The Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre is a three-story, 30,400-square foot award-winning cultural centre designed to blend the traditional Squamish Longhouse with the Lil'wat Istken. Cultural Ambassadors share their knowledge and stories with guests, on a guided tour, augmenting the information shared throughout the centre's curated collection of cultural carvings, regalia, weaving and contemporary art. Traditional drum songs are shared at the top of each hour. See a traditional Istken Pithouse and Longhouse outside, as well as enjoying a Salish Forest Walk during summer. Victoria has a wealth of surviving 19th century buildings ... and every building has a story! On our Victorian Characters walk you will get to know the larger-than-life personalities of Victorian Victoria. You will hear their stories and sagas, and appreciate their lasting legacy to the city, province, and country. We also offer a Historic Pub Walk, where you will tour vibrant pubs in some of the grandest heritage buildings in the city. We provide customized private walking tours to groups of all sizes.

At Whistler's retail "The Shops" at the Westin, Fathom Stone Art Gallery has expanded offering stone art classes daily for locals and visitors. Classes include the 1 hour pendant, 1-2 & 3 hour inukshuk, 3 hour 2-D wildlife, 4 to 6 hour 3-D bear, or 6+ hour freestyle classes. Class participants come and go as they please making their art at their own pace. You get to take home your completed soapstone carving made in the heart of Whistler village. Drop in's welcome from 12 noon to 6 pm, please come see the carving live! (9AM to 10 PM upon appointment 24 hours advance notice) Just bring yourself and lunch/dinner money, take-out food locations are on the village stroll. Superbly conditioned 18-hole design offers a variety of holes, excellent greens and many water hazards, presenting a challenge for all skill levels.

We offer ocean front cottages, yurts and a motel. We rent kayaks, paddle boards and a motor boat. Our marina has 60 slips and accommodates boats up to 50'. You can enjoy a heated chlorine-free pool during summer months.

A Forest Spa Resort located in the lush forests of Texada Island, featuring 7 fully-equipped modern tiny homes, 8-person cedar hot tub, 12-person cliff-top wood-burning sauna, an outdoor event gazebo, an outdoor theatre, Side-By-Side Guided Tours, Paddleboard and E-Bike rentals, and other local activities. We're open Monday to Saturday year-round.

The SS Sicamous is the largest surviving paddle wheeler in Canada. It is open as a heritage site, museum and wedding venue. Launched in 1914, the ship provided a vital means of transport to remote communities on the shores of Okanagan Lake. The SS Sicamous is operated by the SS Sicamous Society: a non-profit organization that works to protect the marine heritage of the Okanagan.Funds from your admission go directly to the restoration of the SS Sicamous, and the other heritage ships in our care.
