The Penticton & District Community Arts Council is located inside the historic Leir House Cultural Centre. Visitors are invited to tour the house while taking in the current art exhibition. The arts council offers fun art classes each month and has locally made items for sale in the gift shop. There are artists in residence to visit and it is also the home of the Penticton Potters' Guild and the Penticton Academy of Music & Dramatic Arts. The mission of the Comox Air Force Museum is to preserve and teach the history and heritage of the Royal Canadian Air Force with a focus on CFB Comox, 19 Wing, and the west coast of Canada. A well stocked gift shop is filled with clothing, hats, toys, and exclusive RCAF memorabilia. Heritage Air Park is home to a collection of aircraft that once flew at CFB Comox.
