Named for the solitary majestic old growth pine of their Oliver estate, Le Vieux Pin sits perched amidst the famed vineyards of the Black Sage Bench: Canada's sole pocket desert, located in the South of British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. Since releasing their first vintage in 2005, Le Vieux Pin has captured the essence of traditional French winemaking, along with the bold New World character distinct to the region. Considered by the national wine industry to be a leading Syrah producer, the winery uses low input viticulture and non-interventionist winemaking to make exclusive vintages that carry with them a sense of time and place. These fine wines can be savoured nationwide and internationally, at select culinary hot spots, and fine wine merchants. The pine tree stands alone. Davison Orchards is more than a Farm! You can sit on the patio looking over Vernon and towards the mountains while enjoying delicious treats made right at the Farmhouse Bakery. Take an Orchard Tour and learn a little history, a little about farming and have a whole lot of FUN! Farm animals, one acre children's play area, a gift shop, provide fun for all ages!

Journey back in time at Ross Bay Villa Historic House Museum, a volunteer-led museum and restoration project located in Fairfield. On Thursdays and Fridays at 11AM and 1PM, or Saturdays at 2PM, walk down the path past heritage apple trees and beautiful gardens and step into one of only a few 1860s houses still standing in Victoria. From the bright and airy drawing room to the charming childrens bedroom, the house has been restored with extraordinary care to appear as it did when the Roscoe family called it home.
