At WESTSIDE SURF, we are at the cutting edge of surf teaching. Utilizing the most advanced techniques developed by over two decades of teaching by director SEPP BRUHWILER Canada's Internationally Known Professional Surfer. We are one of the only family run and family oriented surf school's in Canada; specializing in Family Lessons that are geared towards kids under the age of 13. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Surf lessons, Progressive 2 Day Surf Camps, Private Group Lessons, as well as Private One on One Coaching. You can find all of your surf lesson and rental needs under one roof. This allows you to find the best surf lesson/rental packages in town. We stock some of the highest quality surf gear for rent and for our students on all our lessons. Our staff adheres to strict quality standards of "if we wouldn't wear it, we don't rent it". Our stock of suits will make sure you stay warm while having fun on our fleet of surfboards, from 5'0" to 10', plus a great selection of boogies and skim boards. There is something for everyone at Westside Surf.Westside Surf is situated in the beautiful village of Tofino, on the West Coast of Vancouver Island. Consistent waves, clear water and spectacular scenery all add to the experience of learning how to surf in a safe and friendly environment. Located at the first four way stop in Tofino, at Cedar Corner.

Rossland Lions Community Campground is located 1.5 km from downtown Rossland adjacent to Centennial Ball Park. Amenities include clean, modern washrooms, free hot showers, gazebo with large barbecue, 20 camping sites, picnic tables, fire rings and free sani-dump station. We are pet friendly. We accept cash or credit cards for payment. Tenting sites are $25.00, Paved and Powered sites are $30.00 and one 30 amp Paved & Powered site for $35.00.

We are a family based winery focusing on premium wines produced from grapes grown in the spectacular Similkameen Valley. Our unique solar powered winery was built using strawbale construction, which is energy efficient and well suited to our desert environment. Our wineshop is open for tastings from May until October. We have a beautiful long table next to our vineyard, surrounded by trees - the perfect setting for a picnic and glass of wine.

Battle Abbey Backcountry Lodge, operated by Weber Powder, offers all inclusive (guided & catered) refined mountain experiences in the remote British Columbia backcountry. Established in 1978 by Hans Gmoser (the founder of CMH), Battle Abbey is perched at 2200M in the sub alpine and sits on 10,000 acres of exclusive world-class terrain. Battle Abbey offers a wide array of adventures for intermediate to expert backcountry ski tourers and split-boarders. From steep tree skiing below the lodge to high alpine bowls, couloirs and long glaciated runs above, there is Supreme Skiing for all weather conditions. Trips include ground transportation from Calgary International Airport, inbound/outbound helicopter flights, lodge accommodation, gourmet dining, lodge staff, four ACMG certified guides as well as all safety equipment. Battle Abbey will be closed for the summer of 2024 while the lodge undergoes extensive renovations.

Bluefin Fishing Adventures offers superb year-round fishing situated in a temperate rainforest on the southwest tip of Vancouver Island.Sooke has been a year-round fishing destination for generations. Large runs of salmon migrate annually past the West Coast of Vancouver Island, feeding and bulking up before heading for their spawning grounds.Sooke's mild climate allows for year-round fishing. May through September you can fish for hard fighting Chinooks 5 to 50 pounds - delicious Sockeye 5 to 12 pounds, energetic Coho 5 to 24 pounds, scrappy Pinks 5 to 8 and hard fighting Chums 6 to 20 pounds July through October - yummy Winter Chinooks 5 to 20 pounds November into March.

Perched on the edge of the infamous Coyote Bowl in the Oliver-Osoyoos wine region in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, our modern, minimalist tasting bar features daily tastings of some of Canadas best wines. Enjoy a tasting inside looking into the barrel room, or enjoy a flight on the patio looking across to the Golden Mile. Coyote Bowl is the perfect place to unwind for an afternoon of wine tasting and relaxing with our friendly wine experts in one of the Okanagans most unique tasting bars. Wine shop opens at 10:00am. Tastings available from 11:00am-4:30pm.
