Location: The best access road is off of Highway 3 about 6km east of Bridesville. Follow Johnstone Creek Road for 25km to the park. It is a maintained gravel road and takes approximately 40 minutes from the highway turnoff. Other access points off of Highway 33 and from OK Falls are not well marked and are unmaintained forestry roads that are not suitable for vehicle traffic. Conkle Lake is a secluded lake in the sub-alpine Kettle Valley area that offers rainbow trout fishing, canoeing, swimming and hiking. Surrounded by mountains, lakes and the forest, youll find our stunning Rocky Ridge Resort with its amazing log cabins which you can rent. Rocky Ridge Resort is a 105 acres Resort which includes three Cabins, a Saloon and a Sauna. Do you love the Canadian wilderness but also enjoy the comforts of home? Then youve found the perfect spot at the Rocky Ridge Resort! Enjoy your time here in one of our lovely and very cozy log cabins. You can choose between one of our twin cabins or a smaller one which is a bit away from the other two. The twin cabins The Bear Cabin and The Eagle Cabin are pretty similar to each other. Both have a fully equipped kitchen with propane, two bathrooms with indoor plumbing and one with a shower, an open little living room with a woodstove in it, a separate bedroom with a queen size bed downstairs and three beds upstairs. So up to six people can stay there- perfect for a family or if you want to spend time with your friends! The third one the Honeymoon or Hummingbird Cabin is the smallest one. It have a fully equipped kitchen as well, a small livingroom, a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, two beds upstairs and one bathroom with indoor plumbing. We dont have electricity in any of our cabins, everything works with propane. Theres also a small house with a nice Sauna, a bathroom and a separate shower inside perfect to calm down after an adventurous day or just to relax! Guests with campers, caravans and tents are also welcome at our Resort.
