The log cabins are self-contained with everything you need for a relaxing stay: full kitchen, bathroom, linens, and log fireplace. Nipika is the gateway to the Cross River Canyon Trails, spanning 1,500 acres, set along the Kootenay and Cross River valleys. We build and maintain the trail system that starts at the cabins doorsteps. We have something for everyone: mountain biking, hiking, trail running, canoeing, disc golf, and swimming in summer and fat biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, and skating in winter. A Forest Spa Resort located in the lush forests of Texada Island, featuring 7 fully-equipped modern tiny homes, 8-person cedar hot tub, 12-person cliff-top wood-burning sauna, an outdoor event gazebo, an outdoor theatre, Side-By-Side Guided Tours, Paddleboard and E-Bike rentals, and other local activities. Crowsnest Vineyards was purchased by the Heinecke family in 1985 when the Winery, Restaurant and Guesthouse were launched.
