The Pacific Rim Visitor Centre offers a primary arrival and meeting destination for those venturing to the Pacific Rim region on the West Coast of Vancouver Island. Immediately following your drive over the Pacific Rim Highway (Hwy 4) from Port Alberni, you will reach our headquarters at the Junction between Ucluelet and Tofino. Our wheelchair accessible facilities offer a staffed Visitor Information Centre, a Parks Canada center, large maps of the region, public WiFi, secure garbage and recycling boxes, public restrooms, and plentiful parking for both RV's and regular vehicles. We will be closed early on December 31st at 3pm and closed all day January 1st and 2nd.

What makes our art gallery extra² special? Established in 1992 on Salt Spring Island by the forever Benevolent Dictator, Matt Steffich (left) 1958-2020. Representing artists of the highest level, hosting notable shows for Norval Morrisseau, Abraham Anghik Ruben's masterful soapstone carvings, wildlife artist Robert Bateman and sole Canadian representatives of Kinetic wind sculpture artist Lyman Whitaker. The coolest ongoing Rock and Roll Art exhibition of original vintage concert posters from the Fillmore West and Winterland Ballroom, San Francisco as well as rock concert photography by Dee Lippingwell, and iconic Bob Masse collectable concert posters. MK Bay Marina is a full service community based marina, located on the east side of the Douglas Channel. The marina is focused on servicing mariners who enjoy the ocean in this beautiful area. Amenities include Wi-Fi, laundry and shower facilities, long and short term moorage, waterfront camping, guesthouse and boat launch. The store offers a wide variety of tackle and boating supplies.

This is a beautiful spot to come relax in a rustic log cabin on the lake! This fishing resort is 1.5 hours north west of Kamloops B.C. There are 8 log cabins total and five cabins that are lakefront with private docks. This amazing little place is tucked in the wilderness, where the natural beauty is. With sixteen lakes available to guests to fish with rowboats waiting for you, everyday is an adventure. The cabins at the resort all have row boats and electric motors included with you stay. We are now on winter hours. Open Saturdays 10-4 and by appointment the rest of the week. The Canadian Wildlife Museum is located just minutes north of Vernon B.C. We offer an outstanding arrangement of Wildlife Displays, most of which the average person would never see in the wild. There are over 350 mounted specimens, ranging in size from mice to bison, including over 120 birds of prey and over 115 different species of Canadian wildlife. There is also a large butterfly and moth collection. There are 45 viewing stations, with over 220 different scenes of wildlife. The excellence in taxidermy workmanship and amazing artwork is not just in the mounted animals but also in the natural detailed dioramas. There is also a Gift Shop with many very unique wildlife/nature related novelties, souvenirs, and gifts.

We are a full service paragliding facility , providing Tandem flights , lessons , equipment sales and service . We have accommodation on site from hostel to camping , our paragliding loft has full bathroom , hot showers and kitchen with fridge. Our teaching is from April 1st -Oct 15th. We provide tours in the winter to improve your flying skills during the winter to a variety of locations throughout the world.
