The BC Accelerator Program is a by-invitation-only event that offers tourism buyers a curated opportunity to discover new, export-ready tourism businesses from British Columbia that are eager to work with the Travel Trade. Connect directly with passionate operators, gain early insight into emerging product offerings, and build relationships that will help you meet the growing demand for authentic and meaningful travel experiences in BC.

Buyers Participation & Considerations

Buyers Are Invited To:
  • Join our Pre-FAMs from October 17–20, 2025, and experience first-hand the travel routes and places based off of Destination BC’s new Iconic place brands.
  • Connect with export-ready tourism businesses and attend the BC Accelerator Program Marketplace in Kelowna, BC, from October 21-22.
  • Learn about new offerings at the Explore BC Presentation from key Regional and City Destination Marketing Organizations.
  • Reconnect with key accounts at our networking reception on the evening of Tuesday, October 21.

Travel & Hospitality Details

As our guests, you’ll enjoy hosted accommodations at the Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort in Kelowna, most meals, and a full itinerary of curated Pre-FAM activities. A Destination BC representative will be in touch to assist with flight bookings, and eligible airfare expenses will be reimbursed to ensure a smooth and supported travel experience.

Registration

Buyers must register to confirm their intent to attend the event. Registration is open now.

  • Regular: July 17 – August 8, 2025: $250
  • Registration Closes after August 8 or until spots are sold out.
Cancellation Notice:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to connect@connectsevengroup.com by Monday, September 15, 2025.

Refund Policy:
  • For cancellations received on or before midnight (PT) on Monday, September 15, 2025, Destination BC shall refund 100% of the registration payment. *Please note, the platform processing fees are not refundable.
  • Cancellations received after Monday, September 15, 2025 the entire payment shall be forfeited.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

 

Transfer of Registration:

Registrations may be transferred to another representative within your organization at no additional cost, pending approval by Destination BC. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and include the full contact details of the replacement participant to dbc.events@destinationbc.ca.

Flight Reimbursement

If flights have already been booked and you cancel your participation, Destination BC reserves the right to determine eligibility for reimbursement based on timing and circumstances.

Event Changes or Cancellation by Destination BC

Destination BC reserves the right to modify event details or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and full refunds will be issued for any registration fees paid.

Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging any necessary insurance related to their travel for this event.
