Welcome to the Denman Guesthouse at the earthclubfactory. We operate a guesthouse that is run in the spirit of a hostel. This 100 year property has had a complete redevelopment sewer, septic, roof, foundation, electrical. The water is filtered 2ce and runs throw a UV system and is tested monthly for the Bistro. It has some odour, typical of this area, but blame mother earth. We have slowly been fixing the fundamentals but it remains in the character it was 100 years ago. The Earth Club Factory guiding principles are biodegradable, sustainable appropriate technology , organics. To a certain degree we incorporate this into our business, and always strive to do more. The Bistro is a great place to enjoy our home roasted coffee, yes done on 2 special BBQS. Simple affordable food, numerous music event, country views, lots or deer and peace and quiet.

The Union Club of British Columbia began in 1879 and the current establishment was completed in 1913. It is one of the National Historic Sites of Canada. Situated across from Victoria Harbor, the Club is in the heart of the tourist, shopping and business districts. As an overnight guest at the Inn at the Union Club, you are welcome to use all of the Clubs facilities which include our Business Centre, Billiard Room, Library, Reading Room and during the summer season our Roof Top Patio. The Club features old Victorian decor with rich wood motifs and offers you historical elegance while visiting Victoria, the City of flowers. Wya Point Resort is situated amongst old-growth forest and private, pristine beaches of the Yuu-thlu-ilth-aht (Ucluelet) First Nation peoples. Located on the rugged and remote west coast of Vancouver Island, we offer luxurious lodge accommodations, waterfront yurts and beachfront camping. We have nine timber lodges that were built to LEED Platinum standards using locally harvested red cedar. Each lodge is uniquely designed by a local carver and artist, and named for an animal of the Yuu-thlu-ilth-aht culture. The lodges come equipped with a full kitchenette, fireplace, bathroom, bedroom (1 or 2), cedar deck and chairs, and floor to ceiling windows that overlook Ucluth beach. Our beachfront yurts are open year-round and have private access to Wya beach. All come with a gas stove for heat, cedar deck and chairs, linens and basic kitchen essentials. While our yurts and lodges have daily housekeeping, guests are advised to bring their own potable drinking water and food.
