Alaska View Lodge is located along the north coast of Graham Island, between the town of Masset and Tow Hill. The lodge sits right on the beach overlooking Dixon Entrance and the distant Alaskan Islands. Surrounding us to the south is the ancient rain forest of Naikoon Provincial Park. This European-style bed & breakfast features comfortable and scenic accommodations, and is the perfect setting for tourists interested in exploring Haida Gwaii (the Queen Charlotte Islands).

Shared fully-equipped kitchen facilities allow guests the option to prepare their own meals on site, or bring your catch of the day out back and cook it on the lodge's gas barbecue or fire pit while enjoying the meticulously-groomed, landscaped yard and flowering gardens. You can even help yourself to fresh garden herbs when in season, like garlic, parsley, sage, tarragon, chives, fennel, sorrel, dill, mint and more, grown right on the property. Guests can eat their meals on one of the lodge's outdoor picnic tables or the indoor shared dining/living room. Host and long-time Queen Charlotte resident Terry Tollestrup is full of insider information and tips on what to see and do in the area and where to find the best fishing around the island. (Fishing charters are available from several nearby outfitters and guides.) Room rates vary from $120.00 to $340.00 per night depending on the room rented and length of stay.

Our guest house is located in Rose Harbour, Kunghit Island; very deep within Gwaii Haanas National Park, Marine Reserve and Haida Heritage Site. Only accessible by floatplane! We provide 3 meals a day, offering authentic Thai cuisine being our specialty. We cook mostly with organic food and also from our large garden. Our guesthouse is rustic but comfortable with wood heat, communal shower and composting toilet. We don't have more then 8 guests at the time unless your group is more then 8! Our tour packages include accommodation, meals, and transportation by floatplane to/from Queen Charlotte Village. We also offer optional guided boat tours and sea kayak rentals in the area surrounding our location. Recommended sites to visit by boat are Ninstints/Skanggwaii (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Cape St-James, Rose Inlet, and many others nearby locations. We speak English, French, Thai and Lao. The Outpost was built as "The Outpost" to our main resort. the concept is to give anglers access to a fishery that provides vast numbers of Salmon and monster Halibut within 15 minutes of the dock. Cheerful and comfortable, Bayview Garden is a small town home converted into a Guest House and overlooking scenic Shingle Bay in Sandspit - K'il Kun. Located within short walking distance to everything Sandspit has to offer, this clean and comfortable waterfront accommodation is a great place to start and end your trip to Gwaii Haanas or the rest of the islands. Built in the spring of 2011, our new B&B serves hot breakfasts, has a large covered deck, and lots of space to enjoy the great ocean views.
