The Port McNeill Harbour Authority is located downtown on the water front, combining beautiful views of the harbour with easy access to the towns local amenities. During winter hours, we are closed during statutory holidays.

The Pacific Rim Visitor Centre offers a primary arrival and meeting destination for those venturing to the Pacific Rim region on the West Coast of Vancouver Island. Immediately following your drive over the Pacific Rim Highway (Hwy 4) from Port Alberni, you will reach our headquarters at the Junction between Ucluelet and Tofino. Our wheelchair accessible facilities offer a staffed Visitor Information Centre, a Parks Canada center, large maps of the region, public WiFi, secure garbage and recycling boxes, public restrooms, and plentiful parking for both RV's and regular vehicles. We will be closed early on December 31st at 3pm and closed all day January 1st and 2nd.

Open seasonally, and located in the heart of Madeira Park, our Visitor Info Booth provides access to public washrooms, and lots of free parking so you can walk around the village, go grab something to eat, do a little shopping, or spend the day on the water!

The Ladysmith Visitor Centre is centrally located at 33 Roberts St. just off our historic First Avenue. Our Tourism Counsellors are excited to help you discover some of our hidden treasures and provide information on our events, cultural & historic attractions, artisans, outdoor recreation, relocation, maps, accommodations, dining, shopping and more. Free Wifi/Public Washrooms.

The Daajing Giids Visitor Center is located on the waterfront with gorgeous ocean views. We are an excellent local source of information when visiting Haida Gwaii. Inside the longhouse inspired building you will find engaging, resourceful staff, artisan galleries, a gift shop as well as useful interpretive materials. Head outside to our garden and picnic area to relax and take in the fresh air. We also have a large day parking area for RVs and clean indoor public restrooms. We are closed seasonally from December until mid-April. We will be intermittently checking our email; and voicemail messages throughout this time. Stay tuned for our reopening date in Spring!

We are moments away from our world-famous mural project, live theatre productions, carriage rides, beach access, shopping, accommodations, parks, trails, and so much more! Here in Waterwheel Park we provide access to public washrooms, free WIFI, electric vehicle charging stations, faxing services, booking assistance, and an abundance of regional travel information. During the autumn and winter months, the Visitor Centre is not staffed. But you will find self-serve information available, such as maps, schedules, visitor tips and more. So be sure to stop by when visiting.
