Coquitlam Heritage Society
Coquitlam Heritage Society operates Mackin House Museum. Mackin House is one of the last remaining Fraser Mill homes. Located on the corner of Brunette Avenue and Marmont Street, Mackin House has been a landmark and monument in the community since it was built in 1909. It continues to be an enduring symbol of Coquitlams rich history. Visit us for a historic tour, to see our rotating exhibits, or to attend one of the many workshops and events we offer! Harrison Visitor Information Centre & Sasquatch Museum
Start your visit to the Harrison River Valley at the Harrison Visitor Information Centre & Sasquatch Museum! Our friendly staff is here to help you with maps, brochures, and local tips to make the most of your time in the area. While youre here, take a walk through the Sasquatch Museum and discover the stories behind this legendary creature. The exhibits offer a fascinating look at the history, sightings, and cultural significance of the Sasquatch. Whether youre planning an outdoor adventure or just passing through, the Harrison Visitor Information Centre & Sasquatch Museum is a great place to get your bearings and learn a bit of local lore.
Similkameen Visitor Centre
Operated by the Similkameen Country Development Association, a local non-profit, the Similkameen Visitor Centre provides tourism services for the South Similkameen. Stop by and enjoy our picnic area. We have free WIFI, handicap accessible washrooms, a baby change table, electric charging stations and much more. Please be advised that we've switched from our former location to a temporary location within the Similkameen Recreation Centre.
Kitimat Visitor Centre
The Kitimat Visitor Centre provides tourists and locals with local to National information. We have public washrooms, free Wi-Fi and souvenirs and local crafts for sale. In the summer months we have two adult Norco Fluid 4 HT mid-fat mountain bikes you can rent as well as a fleet of 6 sea kayaks, 2 inflatable kayaks, and two inflatable paddleboards including all safety gear needed for a fun day on the water.
Port McNeill Harbour Authority
The Port McNeill Harbour Authority is located downtown on the water front, combining beautiful views of the harbour with easy access to the towns local amenities. During winter hours, we are closed during statutory holidays.
Port Alberni Visitor Centre
We are the Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Centre in beautiful Port Alberni, BC. We have amazing local restaurants and places to dine, four marinas for you to launch your boat, and the best fishing on the West Coast of Vancouver Island!
South Cariboo Visitor Centre
The South Cariboo Visitor Centre is a charming log building and home of the unofficial "World's Largest X-Country Skis". Located along the 100 Mile Marsh, it's a great stop for a picnic and bird watching. For your convenience, restrooms, wireless internet, fenced picnic area and tons of information are available to you! Ask a knowledgeable and friendly Visitor Information Counsellor for assistance with local or provincial information and you won't be disappointed! Also enjoy a lovely selection of unique souvenirs and books for sale. We are OPEN year round so stop on by!
Princeton Visitor Centre
The Princeton Visitor Centre is located right in downtown Princeton and is an easy walk to restaurants and stores. We have a large parking lot with easy access for RVs, a wide variety of brochures that cover most places in BC, picnic tables, and a filtered water station. We sell local merchandise and nature books. We have maps to show where you can pan for gold in the Rivers and keep the gold!
Cowichan Lake Visitor Services
We at the Town of Lake Cowichan Visitor Centre will strive to ensure that all of our visitors have a wonderful experience in the Cowichan Lake area. The Centre can provide information on attractions and events in the area. We will strive to assist you in making your visit to Lake the best it can be. The Cowichan Lake area has some of the best hiking trails, water recreation opportunities, and campsites. Visit us and discover all that the Cowichan Lake area has to offer!
Kelowna Visitor Centre
The Kelowna Visitor Centre is Kelowna's official travellers' resource; our team can assist you with many services including making reservations for accommodations, attractions, and tours, offering tips for local 'must-sees,' and providing information on how to explore safely. The centre is pedestrian access only, with an accessible layout and a fenced patio for enjoying the view of Okanagan Lake. Parking for passenger vehicles is located nearby on streets, and in lots and parkades. Oversize vehicles can find parking at City Park (1600 Abbott Street).
Tofino Visitor Information Centre
We are located on the Pacific Rim Highway, 7 kilometres south of Tofino and 25 kilometres north of the Highway 4 and Pacific Rim Highway junction. The facility is equipped with bathrooms, picnic tables, wifi, and a water station as well our friendly staff who will help you with any questions you may have, providing you with great resources! We have an abundance of information including various maps of the area and beyond, accommodations, restaurants, attractions, tours, local events, tide guides, trail maps, and more! Shop our Tofino inspired apparel, souvenirs, postcards, maps, children's books & toys as well as a beautiful selection of products from local artisans. We also have a selection of ocean friendly goods to help reduce the use of single use plastics.
