Whitewater Lodge is a quiet, adult only, bed and breakfast tucked away in the forest on the edge of Golden, British Columbia. Snow Peak Rentals run private snowmobile guided tours for personal trail & backcountry experiences. We also provide current year Polaris/Skidoo sled rentals, as well as avalanche safety and protective gear. Our guides are highly certified and we've been in the sled rental and tour business since 1996. Located in Golden, BC, we have a vast area of terrain to play in and finding fresh snow is a breeze. Rocky Mountain Buffalo Ranch & Guest Cottage ~ Buffalo Tours. A working Buffalo & Guest Ranch. We offer educational buffalo tours daily May thru September. The owner, Leo Downey, does one tour every morning May 15th thru September, starting at 10:15 a.m. (Alberta Time )This includes the native fire making demonstration. We also offer year round accommodations in our fully furnished guest cottage and our peaceful cabin by the creek,, Wagon in the Woods and Buffalero's Bunkhouse in the Barn. Make yourself at home, see buffalo in their natural social order, learn about them first hand, wander the ranch and our pristine river frontage on the beautiful Blaeberry River.

Led by an experienced guide, our small groups journey to remote areas in western Canada. One trip is "8 Days in Haida Gwaii, a low key, active trip with a cultural focus. One day, we take in the site of the village of Skedans. The next day, we may visit a carver in his studio, or perhaps get smudged. All while, we tread lightly on this land, our steps taking us closer to an immersive experience.
