Although our heritage-listed building dates from 1900, Cloudside is a totally new hotel right in the heart of Nelson's historic downtown, offering stylish, contemporary alternative to standard accommodations for the discerning traveler. With just eight guest rooms (three of which have two separate bedrooms), we offer a high level of personal service and attention to detail. All of our individually-designed, modern rooms have private bathrooms, high-speed Internet access, refreshment facilities with fridges, HD satellite TV, a/c and individually controlled heating.

ONSITE BICYCLE RENTALS on one of British Columbias wonders. Experience a part of the historical Kettle Valley Railway route built between 1912-1914. This well-established, interactive 24km trail is highlighted by 2 tunnels and 18 trestles. It offers spectacular views of Myra Canyon and Okanagan Lake. It is the best outdoor activity in Kelowna for the whole family. The track is located at an elevation of 1.260 meters, it is relatively flat and can be cycled within 4 hours. We rent new, branded comfort bicycles in sizes for adults and children, tandems and tag-alongs or child trailers to pull the little ones, tandems, and tricycle. Rental times May-October: 9am-1pm, 1:30pm-5:30pm. The east end guest cabin boasts 3 private bedrooms with open concept living/dining/kitchen area, 27 ft. vaulted ceilings and access to many trails. An additional 2 bedrooms with 17 ft. vaulted ceilings and a shared bath are available on the second floor of the west end dining cabin.
