Our fitness equipment, including treadmills, stationary and recumbent bikes and ellipticals is available for rent at affordable prices. In addition to rentals, Sports Rent sells new bicycles, ski equipment and camping gear at discounted prices as well as providing servicing on customer skis, boards and bikes. Elkford is a picturesque Rocky Mountain town founded in 1971 as a home for miners working at newly-established Fording Coal operations. From its early days as a collection of temporary homes, a one-room school, and a single general store, Elkford has grown to its current population of nearly 3,000 residents

Enjoy the restored Tram Car 1220, originally built in 1912, and the largest artefact in the City of Richmonds museum collection. Housed in a building inspired by the architecture of the first Steveston tram station, Tram Car 1220 now rests on its original rail tracks. Nicknamed the Sockeye Special, the interurban tram service carried workers from Vancouver to Steveston to work in the canneries, from 1905 to 1958.
