Brigadoon is a unique 9 hole course with 2 par 4 holes and 7 par 3's, playing to 1500 yards. Golfers of all ages and playing abilities will enjoy the course, but those expecting an easy par 3 will be surprised. Our family has been farming on this lovely part of the Oldfield valley since the late 1950's; first in strawberries, and then loganberries for the island wineries in the mid 1960's to 70's. We planted our vines in 2003 and opened our tasting room in 2012. Just 15 minutes north of Victoria near Butchart Gardens, we specialize in dry white wines and lively, lightly oaked reds. We grow Ortega - a signature grape for Vancouver Island, as well as Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Noir (we make a rose and a red from this grape), Millot and Foch, as well as our low alcohol "Splash". We offer eco-tours of the Salish Sea area near Sidney, BC. Our 12 passenger vessels offer an intimate experience. We also offer water taxi service, camping/kayak/SUP delivery to marine parks in our area. We operate from Canoe Cove Marina - E dock in North Saanich.

What better way to see all of this than to paddle the shores of beautiful Vancouver Island, Canada in a kayak. We are open from April to September. Adventuress offers fun wildlife tours, sunset paddles or multi-day adventures. Day tours and sunset paddles start as low as $69/person and include instruction, kayak and gear, dry bags and a certified guide; no experience necessary.
