Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre: Come and explore our exciting Nordic ski trails in beautiful Golden, BC! We provide 33 km of groomed trails and a 4km snowshoe loop to enjoy. Whether youre a seasoned Nordic skier or its your first time on the trails, we have a variety of terrain to suit all abilities. These trails are maintained by the Golden Nordic Ski Club in agreement with Recreation Sites and Trails BC. Situated only 1km from the popular Kicking Horse Resort, Nordic skiing is a fun activity to add to your winter holiday bucket list. Located within a Provincial Park, we are the only resort resting on the shores of spring fed Echo Lake. We have 7 rustic lakefront cabins, all with their own deck & dock to enjoy the view from. Our 35 campsites vary from serviced (limited power) and unserviced forest sites, and serviced or unserviced waterfront sites. The lake brings in great fish, and our new 2015 playground and swim dock is great for kids. We would love to have you and your family stay with us at this amazing place!
