Wild Waterways Adventures is a carbon neutral Adventure Tourism company, serving Quadra Island & Campbell River, BC. The Discovery Islands are immersed in one of the most unique and thriving ecosystems on the planet. The Bulkley Valley Nordic Centre features a 52 km network of cross country ski trails through sheltered spruce and pine forest. 11 km of the trails are dog friendly. 5.5 kms of lit trails provide an excellent opportunity for skiing after work or school. Trail lights are on until 9:30 pm every night. The trails are groomed and set for both classic and skate techniques frequently. The Buchfink Memorial lodge offers a kitchen, indoor washrooms, change rooms, and a roomy seating area upstairs. The Gary Murdoch Memorial wax hut provides a warm and functional space for waxing.

We started this as a commitment to farming sustainably and to show, as an example, how to live in harmony with nature. Although we are just starting out, we will heavily invest into our location to bring agri-tourism and agri-innovation to the forefront of people's minds. We have 20 acres of beautiful land to explore! Our 10 Glamping tents are huge and spacious. They are decorated to suit the most discerning of tastes. Outfitted with Queen size beds and a multitude of cots and floor mattresses to accommodate even the biggest of groups. We have a big campfire and multiple places to picnic and share a meal with your family and friends. Hit up our pens and spend some time with our Jersey calf Skim, Flemish giant rabbit (Bad), our Kunekune pig (Trippie Redd), Nubian buckling Noodles, and 2 billy goats (Silly and Billy). You could also cozy on down by the fire at night and enjoy a drink... or a puff! Listen to some music and have a good old time. Escape the city and see what farm life is really about! 9 minutes to Kalamalka Beach! 8 minutes to Vernon and all its amenities, world-class off-roading, mountain biking, ATV trails, orchards, and wineries. The Ainsworth Hot Springs Resort is a four season destination featuring contemporary hotel guest rooms, patio views from the Yaqan Nukiy rooms, Ktunaxa Grill, Nasookin Room, and a well-stocked Retail/Gift Shop. This property offers a unique cave experience where soothing, hot mineral water surfaces from the earth creating a natural steam bath. Stalactites form in abundance inside the caves. The hot water flows into our main pool and is cooled to a comfortable body temperature, suitable for your whole family. Nestled deeply in the Rocky Mountains at the convergence of three world famous mountain ranges, Mica Heliskiing is a luxury backcountry escape with a spectacular heliskiing tenure. Our unique location among the worlds furthest inland rainforest provides us with a blanket of deep dry powder snow from December to April each year. Accessible only by helicopter, Mica Heliskiing delivers a boutique heliski experience to a maximum of twenty guests. 4-7 day heliski packages are available. Our luxury lodge delivers the ultimate in comfort with spacious suites,hot tub, massage quarters, reading room, fitness room, business centre, ski shop, apres ski bar, espresso bar, fireplaces cracling throughout and an exceptional culinary experience.

Located on peaceful Denman Island, Fillongley Provincial Park is a short 10-minute ferry crossing from Buckley Bay (located between Qualicum Beach and the town of Courtenay). Fillongley is a popular small campground. It has 10 oceanside, compact campsites. It is 80% reservable and reservations are strongly recommended due to the limited number of campsites available. This is the only provincial campground on Denman Island; campers may camp in the adjacent day-use parking lot overnight when the main campground is full (regular camping fees apply to overflow camping).

Rugged Point Lodge is close to the fishing grounds and has some of the most consistent Salmon and Halibut fishing around. June, July, and August are the best months to fish for Salmon and Halibut. We have four-1100 sq foot suites with central air, full kitchen, gas bbq, mountain views. Each suite contains 1 king bedroom & 2 queen bedrooms. All this situated on an organic farm.
