Our luxury retreat - sleeps 2 - is uniquely designed for that special getaway West Coast-style. Nestled in a coastal cottage community, it is situated on a high bluff offering stunning views towards Carmanah/Walbran UNESCO biosphere and the West Coast Trail - a hike of a lifetime. The bathroom offers heated towel racks and tile flooring, as well a curbless walk-in shower. Toiletries are well stocked, including a portable first aid kit for day-long hikes. Our kitchen is a fully-equipped with full-size appliances, including a gas range. The outdoor balcony offers a gas barbecue and gas fire pit. Cook with a view ~ Eat with a view ~ Play with a view. The living room offers a flat-screen TV, DVD Player and Bose Surround Sound. Cozy up to the gas fireplace under high vaulted ceilings with full window views of the ocean and forests. We offer 25 spacious campsites, 1 tipi site and 8 log cabins for nightly stays from May - October. The campsites are unserviced and include a picnic table and fire ring. The campground has outhouses with water for hand washing, a shared dishwashing sink and outdoor shower. Inside cabin includes bathrooms with showers and hot water, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink, dishes and a variety of sleeping arrangements in the loft. The cabins are all facing towards the wetlands with a view of the Valley. There is a deck out front each cabin with a BBQ and element for cooking, a picnic table and fire ring.

The King Edward Hotel and Motel - conveniently located on the main street of our picturesque town, Stewart, BC. Castlegar Sculpturewalk is an annual exhibition of outdoor sculptures, located on a pleasant walking tour in downtown Castlegar. Viewers are encouraged to vote for their favourite sculpture via ballot - the winner of the People's Choice award is purchased by the City for the permanent collections. All of the artworks are available for sale or lease. Ballots/maps are located in red ballot boxes along the route (the start of the route is at the Kootenay Market (635 Columbia Avenue), though you can begin the walk from anywhere. Ballots/maps are also available at the Castlegar Chamber of Commerce, City Hall, or the Kootenay Gallery.

Gardenside Acres is a small farm campground near the Butchart Gardens offering tent and breakfast camping in Brentwood Bay, BC.

Located on beautiful Logan Lake, beside the Meadow Creek Golf Course, we are steps from the Copper Ridge Golf Course, trout fishing, bird watching, walking and bike trails. Being only 1 km from the downtown core, spraypark and playground, we are the perfect stop on your trip!

This is the perfect name for our resort... it's so peaceful at the resort beside the pristine waters of Lac des Roches. Our pictures of the cabins so aptly display the many times the Lake is like glass... camp just feet away from the water's edge and enjoy the eerie yet calming call of the many loons... campfire evenings with friends and family are our specialty. Nothing compares to a toasted marshmallow or tasty roasted smokie with all the fixin's.

Sept 4 to Dec 20 2025 Carr House is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10-4 for self-guided tours. Wander around the garden, explore the house, and browse the gift shop!
