Cheers Cowichan is now operated by MyGo Tours and Transportation. We offer group wine and brew tours, year round to wineries and pubs in the Cowichan Valley. We specialize in winery and craft brewery tours, We pick up and drop off from all locations from Victoria to Parksville. Your group is the only group on your private tour. We have a 14 and an 18 passenger bus with driver and local tour guide. Private transport is also available for events: weddings, corporate, festivals, sports teams. Professional and personal service. Groups only. Fees are per busload, not per person. We visit 3-4 wineries or brew pubs and one restaurant. Always best to email us or call us so we can personalize your tour. Our spring and summer is exceptionally busy.

The Vanderhoof Tourism and Cultural Centre opened its doors on June 30, 2022 and is located on the corner of Highway 16 and Pine Street on the traditional territory of Saikuz First Nation. Stop in to pick up some brochures, check out some local art, and chat with one of the friendly Visitor Services Specialists about the exciting things you can do in Vanderhoof. The Vanderhoof Community Museum is also located on these grounds. We encourage you to take a tour through our collection of six historic buildings at your own pace or with a guide. Admission is by donation and includes a large RV parking lot, free WIFI, wheelchair accessible picnic tables and a 1.5km interpretive walking trail. We hope to see you soon!

Fortress Lake Wilderness Retreats facilities are cozy and definitely comfortable. Our private guest cabins are inviting and warm, framed and paneled in tongue and groove pine, with a canvas exterior. Each cabin has a queen or 2 Twin bed arrangement and is furnished with unique hand-crafted log beds. Beds have 4 memory gel foam, and come with new linens, pillows, and duvets.

Scheduled tours take you to our most poplular destinations. The operator's commentary illustrates high points along the way. We'll touch on a number of topics; first nations history, natural history and geography, and contemporary activity. For groups or special outings arrange a charter using the whole boat. Rocky Point Kayak is located at the foot of the boat launch at Rocky Point Park in Port Moody. Our sheltered location offers easy access to the Burrard Inlet and the Indian Arm. The calm waters at Rocky Point have an abundance of bird and wildlife just a short paddle from shore. Stunning scenery and secluded beaches provide a quick wilderness escape despite being only 25 minutes from downtown Vancouver. We offer hourly, daily, or weekly rentals, of kayaks, canoes and stand up paddleboards. In addition, we offer Paddle Canada certified lesson programs and tours, and many weekly drop-in social paddles. We have the staff and equipment to host large group or corporate outing and specialize in school paddle trips and lessons. We operate seasonally from April 1 to the end of Thanksgiving. We have a large rental fleet with a diverse range of boats for novice, intermediate and advanced paddlers. Our rental fleet consists of single, double, family-friendly double kayaks, canoes, and stand up paddle boards.
