My History Walks through Vancouvers heritage neighbourhoods: the East End/Strathcona, West End, Mount Pleasant, Grandview & Cedar Cottage, are a culmination of over two decades working as a house genealogist. During that time I produced in-depth histories of over 800 Vancouver houses. People call me the House Whisperer. The newest member of the donut tour family is now open in Victoria, Canada! The tour takes about 2 hours and well walk about 2 miles. We are a 100% certified organic cidery located on the beautiful Salt Spring Island. We bought our property in 2011 and became certified organic shortly after in 2013. Currently, the ingredients in the majority of our products are grown on property using our over 3,500 apple trees consisting of over 450 varieties. What we dont source from our orchard, we get from other farms on Salt Spring Island. We mainly focus on dry cider as we feel it best captures the complexity and taste of our apples, however with our incredible range of 16 ciders, we have something for everyone. If our ciders didnt catch your attention, the view from our tasting room and orchard sure will! We sit on over 3 acres of land with an unbelievable view of the water and mountains.
