Full facility RV Park with 22 Full-Hookup RV sites, 3 motel rooms, Horseshoe pit, Sandy Beach, Free Wifi. Motel rooms are not pet friendly, however the RV park is pet friendly with a dog park. Washrooms and coin laundry and shower facilities available to guests. You are encouraged to sit back and relax with a good book, watch the river roll by, check out the wildlife, try your hand at fishing and take advantage of the swimming, rafting and hiking opportunities.

Sept 4 to Dec 20 2025 Carr House is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10-4 for self-guided tours. Wander around the garden, explore the house, and browse the gift shop! Explore the fully restored and furnished late Victorian London Farm House (1898), illustrating rural life in Richmond between 1890 and 1920. London Farm is one of the earliest farm sites in Richmond, and features the home of Charles and Henrietta London, who built a small house on site in 1898 and then added to it in 1906. The farm produced dairy products, oats, wheat barley, fruit from an orchard and vegetables. This riverfront land became known as Londons landing and a wharf was built on the property to provide greater access to the river to send farm products to market. Today, visitors can enjoy beautiful heritage perennial flowers, a kitchen and herb garden, an outside exhibit of large, antique farm equipment and chickens.
