Great Bear Lodge offers grizzly bear tours from May to October at a floating lodge in the Great Bear Rainforest. A nostalgic and chic boutique winery operated by a young family. Award-winning wines and always a fun atmosphere in our public tasting room and giftware boutique. We are open year round with no reservations required: 10:00 am to 5:30 or 7:00 pm daily from mid-March to Oct.31 and noon to 4:00 pm, Tuesday to Sunday from Nov. 1 to mid-March. Everyone has a story, it seems, from back in the good old days, which makes a visit to Nostalgia Wines a trip down memory lane. The folks here just love to listen to these stories as they run their friendly tasting room, winery, and 17-acre vineyard.

Plus, we include two headlamps to make your way around safely after dusk. Full rear hatch kitchen with electric cooler and a two burner stove, sink, power station, faucet and prep area Pop up the hatch and you’ll find a functional kitchen with all of the fixings. This includes an electric cooler/freezer combo (no ice needed!), sink, and two-burner stove with propane, plus all the cookware, utensils, and cutlery down to a corkscrew and can opener that you’ll need while exploring. A jackery 500 power station fuels the fridge… this has enough juice to keep it cold for two days. If you’re putting some clicks on the crosstrek in between, it will charge as you drive and last much longer, and you can charge anything else that needs a boost in the meantime.
