This seasonal government-run campground on the ocean offers affordable RV and tent camping in nature with fabulous panoramic seascape views. It features a long sandy beach, bird watching, nature events, a variety of walking trails, including a user-friendly loop trail. It is close to the ferry, airport, downtown Victoria and the Lochside Regional Trail. The campground has 18 beach front RV sites, 5 treed tent trailer sites and 24 treed tent sites, and all campsites are self-contained. Whispering Spruce is a beautifully treed and shaded campground with many desirable features such as free wifi, childrens playground and firepits at each site. We are in the heart of Kicking Horse Country and are conveniently located a short distance to the east of Golden on the Trans Canada highway.

Laying in a desert-like setting at the foot of sagebrush-covered hills above the majestic South Thompson River, Rivershore is honest, fair, unpretentious and generously bunkered (95 bunkers). Water is used sparingly on this superb links style course. Designed and constructed by legendary golf course architect Robert Trent Jones Sr., Rivershore has hosted numerous Championships.

Our home has two deluxe, self-cater suites one with a king and the other with a queen bedroom, full bathroom, living room, dining area, kitchenette and BBQ. Each suite has its own private entrance, patio and sensational views of Okanagan Lake and surrounding vineyards. We are also adjacent to the world class KVR hiking and biking trail. The Grizz Hotel opened in September 2019, in that time it has undergone renovations both inside and out. All the rooms were renovated at the start of 2020 including new bathrooms. We now also serve the Wing n' it franchise in both our onsite pub (the Last Drop pub) as well as our restaurant, where hotel guests can enjoy a 15% discount on food. Rooms come with a fridge, cable TV, air conditioning and WiFi access. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available anytime in the lobby. The Grizz Hotel is situated in downtown Revelstoke just a few minute walk away from many different restaurants, cafes and stores and also a short walk away from the Colombia River Greenbelt.
