We are budget-friendly motel in the heart of Lake Country. We offer 40 guest rooms, with a reception that is open 24 hours a day, making check-in for those traveling at early or late hours very convenient. Within only a few kilometers our guests can easily access the University of British Columbia, Kelowna International Airport, and a variety of world class wineries. We provide our guests with a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere that goes above and beyond for each guest. Our goal is to make each experience personable, and friendly from start to finish. Each member of our team is professionally trained to guarantee those travelling feel safe, and well rested. Our establishment is fully inspected 4 times a year by the Fire Dept., and we are fully insured should there be any type of liability. Located in the heart of Whistler Creekside, Southside Lodge is situated 400m from the Creekside Gondola. Each room has everything you need to work/play and have a comfortable stay. There is a Washroom, Shower, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Cable TV, High Speed WiFi, Double bed, Single bed, Desk, Chair and Locker (bring your own lock) in every room. Our goal is to provide a safe, clean, warm, comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price close to the Lifts. If you are looking for luxury, youre in the wrong place. We are a Ski/Snowboard/Bike Lodge, plain and simple. Our building is old. It is clean and comfortable and has everything you need to have a great time in Whistler, without breaking the bank. You can always bring your gear into the rooms for piece of mind, bikes and skis included. We understand the two most important things are your laptop and your gear, and you want to keep them close. The Southside Lodge has 7 private cozy rooms available daily, weekly or monthly. We no longer offer shared accommodation. There is a shared full kitchen on the 3rd floor. The kitchen has two ranges, ovens, fridge/freezers and plenty of pots, pans, glassware, cutlery, etc. If you want to save money and cook your own food everything you need is there. That being said, the world famous Southside Diner is located on the ground floor. Theyre breakfasts are legendary and the line up on weekends is always out the door. There is a coin laundry, Southside Suds in the basement to keep your gear clean. Owned by the Southside Diner, the hours of operation are the same as the Southside Diner.
