Vancouvers old houses and the stories of the people who built and lived in them are my passion. My History Walks through Vancouvers heritage neighbourhoods: the East End/Strathcona, West End, Mount Pleasant, Grandview & Cedar Cottage, are a culmination of over two decades working as a house genealogist. During that time I produced in-depth histories of over 800 Vancouver houses. People call me the House Whisperer. We provide ice for your favorite beverages, an onboard barbecue and a large bike rack! Dont forget to bring your favorite music playlist as our boat is equipped with Bluetooth! We offer a relaxing, smooth, stable and safe experience aboard the Wildflower, a 26 foot Avalon Cantina tritoon.

From the bright and airy drawing room to the charming childrens bedroom, the house has been restored with extraordinary care to appear as it did when the Roscoe family called it home.
