There are 5 great golf courses within minutes of the park. Close by is Rails to Trails, the Rotary Walkway, Rotary Park which includes a fabulous splash park and the Western Financial RecPlex (aquatic centre, hockey arena, squash or racquetball and outdoor fitness circuit). Pickle ball courts, softball and soccer fields, are also just a short distance away where you can enjoy your regular fitness and fun activities. We welcome tourists, summer vacationers, family visitors, family reunions, golfers, anglers and sports teams. Campers are encouraged to bring a pressure water reducer valve as the park has a high PSI rating of 115. Power generators may not be used in the park.

Malahat SkyWalk opened in July 2021 as the newest outdoor experience providing the ultimate natural high on Vancouver Island located 35 minutes north of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Accessible by all ages and wheelchair-friendly, it will immerse visitors in nature as they embark on a 600 metre-long elevated walkway through an expansive Arbutus and Douglas Fir forest, leading to a 10-storey, architecturally-inspiring spiral tower lookout the first of its kind in B.C. Rising 250 metres above sea level, guests can enjoy 360-degree views of islands, inlets, fjords, forests and mountains in two countries. An adventure net suspended partially across the centre of the Spiral Tower provides daring guests with another breathtaking perspective on the spiraling structure below before returning to ground level with an option to take an exhilarating ride down a 20 metre (65 ft) spiral slide.
