We are a little farm based in Lantzville (seven minutes north of Nanaimo) on beautiful Vancouver Island, British Columbia. We are Nanaimo area's family destination for fun! Stop by and visit the adorable miniature animals in our petting farm, and peruse the delightful home decor shop on site where you can pick up a t-shirt or a locally made soap! Pick up a farm-grown bee-friendly hanging basket, or bring a picnic lunch to enjoy outside. We offer birthday parties, workshops, and often host concerts. Tidy modern washrooms on site. In the mood for something fun AND funny? The Improv Centre's improv performers and comedians have been making audiences laugh for over 40 years! Located on Vancouvers beautiful and scenic Granville Island, the venue is a must-see attraction for anyone who loves to laugh. We've been home to the best in improv comedy, with Colin Mochrie, Ryan Stiles, and more getting their big breaks on our stage. Come explore Granville Island in the day, and end your night with a comedy show that you won't soon forget! Great for families, dates, friends and even on your own. Shows often sell out, we suggest you buy tickets in advance!

We are a Non-profit Society preserving the history of the area that shows what life was like back in the Gold Rush days. The 108 Heritage Site has buildings on site going as far back as 1880. The buildings are opened everyday from May long weekend so people can see some of the great artifacts that they hold. The 105 Mile Roadhouse is open to the public to walk through. Our knowledgeable staff and students will be happy to give you a tour and talk about the house and how it was used then. The 108 Heritage Site runs mainly on donations from guests who appreciate and love the history behind the good old days
