The Union Club of British Columbia began in 1879 and the current establishment was completed in 1913. It is one of the National Historic Sites of Canada. Situated across from Victoria Harbor, the Club is in the heart of the tourist, shopping and business districts. As an overnight guest at the Inn at the Union Club, you are welcome to use all of the Clubs facilities which include our Business Centre, Billiard Room, Library, Reading Room and during the summer season our Roof Top Patio. The Club features old Victorian decor with rich wood motifs and offers you historical elegance while visiting Victoria, the City of flowers. For dining purposes you may join us for breakfast, lunch or dinner in our McGregor Dining Room. (Dress Code applies in certain areas of the Club)

Each room is personally decorated. All of the two-story Merritt Lodge Motel rooms provide free WiFi internet router, 43" flat-screen smart TV with cable box, microwave and coffee tea maker, refrigerator, quiet balcony, air conditioning, and every room is non-Smoking.
