Started by Karnail Singh Sidhu and family, Kalala has been making award winning, reasonably priced wines since July 2006. The vineyards were deemed certified organic in September 2010. Our philosophy is to allow the varietal characteristics and terroir to be truly expressed and only enhanced by minimal handling during winemaking. Located in the heart of Naramata Bench wine region, Hillside prides itself in proving its customers with the Ultimate Naramata Experience. Hillsides well-equipped cellar, under the direction Winemaker Kathy Malone, produces top quality Okanagan Valley wines destined for many markets. Unique, small-lot, and terroir-driven are terms best used to describe our wines. Our focus is showcasing hand-crafted wine made exclusively from our estate vineyards and other Naramata grape growers. The wine tasting room is hosted by knowledgeable staff who present our award winning wines to all who visit.

The winery sits on the rolling hills of our vineyard. The peak of the winery overlooks gorgeous views of peaceful Vaseux Lake. The land sits on 10 acres with five acres of planted grapes. Join us for a tasting, then sit and relax in our grassy amphitheatre. Take in the scenery, picnic, stay awhile and you never know which bird you may spot: could be a hawk, a couple of ospreys or other species.

In traditional French Burgundian style, we focus on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. We have been crafting premium wines in the Okanagan Valley since 2006 and in 2010 we opened our tasting room in Okanagan Falls, British Columbia. We invite you to come visit our winery and nurture your passion for wine while experiencing our little piece of paradise. We are family friendly, we welcome dogs on-leash, and bring-your-own picnics. The Westbank Museum and West Kelowna Visitor Centre is open. We are a community museum as well as a Visitor Information Centre. We strive to promote our community's history and to give visitors outstanding service! We are open daily 9 am to 4 pm from May Long Weekend to Labour Day Weekend.
