Nimmo Bay Wilderness Resort is an intimate family-owned and operated resort in the Great Bear Rainforest of British Columbia on Canadas rugged west coast, accessible by floatplane or helicopter. The resort, tucked away at the base of 5,000-foot Mount Stephens, has grown over the years to nine spacious-yet-cozy cabins, all carefully constructed with the surrounding environment and the comfort of guests in mind. Running through the heart of it is a beautiful cascading waterfall supplying both clean drinking water and green energy. Here, guests discover the magnificence of the region, with abundant wildlife and pristine landscapes from lush rainforest and river valleys up to heavenly mountaintops and 10,000-year-old glaciers. Adventures and daily activities offer guests access to 50,000-square-miles of breathtaking wilderness.

Enjoy full or half day sailing trips around the Gulf Islands from Retreat Cove on Galiano. Explore Wallace Island & Saltspring's secluded beach at Walker's Hook from a new perspective on our 35' sloop. We recommend a 4 hour cruise from 11am to 3pm or 4pm to 8pm. We can also create a custom schedule for your pleasure. Our yacht is $100 per hour with a maximum group size of 8. You can choose the amazing salmon barbecue lunch/dinner for $25 per person.

The Blue Horse Folk Art gallery was built by two Salt Spring Island artists, Anna Gustafson and Paul Burke. This charming space houses their most recent works of art, and is open to the public. Anna's raku vases and lamps are always in stock, along with her other projects, including gorgeous encaustic paintings. We are a non-profit educational and spiritual retreat Centre dedicated to teaching the core principles of yoga which embody peace, resilience, and belonging. Founded in 1981 by the Dharma Sara Satsang, in honor of master yogi Baba Hari Dass from India the Centre is the west coast of Canadas longest running spiritual and wellness retreat Centre. Here, the magic of our 69 acres of land weaves together with the stories of those transformed by it and the spirit of selfless service is sewn into every tiny detail. It all happens here.

The Sooke Region Museum & Visitor Centre is a community museum that explores the human and natural heritage of the region from Sooke to Port Renfrew. The museum also operates the local visitor information centre for the region. We have both exhibits in the main museum building and around the grounds. In the Summer we are open 7 days a week. In the off season we are closed Mondays and most Stat holidays. Starting the first Thursday in June, and running until first Thursday in September, we host a night market from 5pm to 8pm and museum stays open during this event.We also usually are closed over Christmas and the first week of January. The museum holds various special event during the year, has a gift shop with local arts & crafts, plus can do special meals for pre-booked tour groups.

We operate the Clipper V fast ferry between downtown Seattle and downtown Victoria. In addition we offer the only Wildlife and Whale Watching Tour departing from Seattle. We can assist you in booking your entire Seattle or Victoria getaway including ferry tickets, hotels, and activities.
