Explore the scenic fort - built by the Hudsons Bay Company in 1827 - where fur traders once exchanged furs, salmon and cranberries with Indigenous communities. Fort Langley is packed with interactive displays and activities for the whole family, including a children's play area. Watch blacksmithing, barrel-making and baking demonstrations, or pan for gold and laugh along with an interpretive program. Jennifer Chocolates is an artisan gourmet chocolate shop in Nakusp, BC. We make everything right here on location and very often you can see the chocolatier at work and watch our decadent chocolate creations being made. Come and let us tempt your taste buds with our famous dark chocolate truffles or enjoy summer treats like homemade caramel or Sponge Toffee.

Our thousands of lavender plants will welcome you with their colour and fragrance. In our flower gardens, discover a lily pond, fountains, and a gazebo surrounded by roses. In our shop, discover the handmade, all-natural products that we create with the flowers and herbs we grow, including essential oil soap, honey, tea, and luxurious spa products. On weekends, you can also enjoy lavender ice cream, lemonade, and treats in the shop. Bring some of the beauty home by purchasing fresh or dried lavender bundles.

We are a full service paragliding facility , providing Tandem flights , lessons , equipment sales and service . We have accommodation on site from hostel to camping , our paragliding loft has full bathroom , hot showers and kitchen with fridge. Our teaching is from April 1st -Oct 15th. We provide tours in the winter to improve your flying skills during the winter to a variety of locations throughout the world.

R.J. Haney Heritage Village and Museum is located on the east side of Salmon Arm at 751 Highway 97 B, it is the Shuswap's largest heritage destination. It welcomes visitors from far and wide to discover how the early settlers and pioneers of the Shuswap lived. Set on 40 acres of the prettiest farmland in the Shuswap, the site comprises 24 buildings that are either replicas or originals and over 30 exhibits, including the original 1910 Haney House. Your admission includes access to the Heritage Village and Museum, Children's Discovery Centre & Outdoor Play Area, Sprig of Heather restaurant, walking trails, daily activities and tours. A must-see is our very popular Villains and Vittles Dinner Theatre Production. You can enjoy a home-cooked meal and live theatre every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday evening in July and August. Stellar Descents offers whitewater rafting trips, scenic float tours, Stand-Up Paddleboarding tours and lessons and whitewater kayak instruction.
