The beautiful waters of Harrison Lake cut a gentle crescent through British Columbia's Coast Mountains, collecting glacial runoff waters into a basin that's as scenic as it is frigid. Once spring arrives the shallow waters of Harrison Hot Springs warm and the snow peaked mountain offer a stunning juxtaposition. That's where Shoreline Tours comes in. The hosts will welcome you aboard the Laroan, the 62-foot Transport-Canada-certified boat. Outfitted with sightseeing decks, a BBQ grill, and a full kitchen/dining area, and washroom facilities, the boat acts as a home away from home during tours of the lake, as well as the Harrison River and Port Douglas. Coombs Country Campground is a 34 acre RV park and campground located 5 minutes from both Parksville and Qualicum Beach on the way to Tofino. We are located next the Coombs Rodeo grounds and close to all the shops in Coombs. We have 100 fully and partially serviced and unserviced tent campsites, a pristine 2.5 acre lake, 12 acres of forest trails, heated pool and hot tub, general store, and a playground and arcade for the kids.

Come to the northern edge of the Great Bear Rainforest on British Columbias north coast, to the Khutzeymateen. Just south of the Alaska panhandle and located within Canada's only grizzly bear protected area, Khutzeymateen Wilderness Lodge is your home in the wilderness where you can visit with the grizzly bears in the wild. No roads, no towns...just wilderness and wildlife. Climb into the floatplane and take off from Prince Rupert, BC for a 20 minute flight over mountains and inlets to the Khutzeymateen. Our days are filled with searching for grizzly bears in the lush Khutzeymateen Inlet and estuary, with bald eagles, seabirds, seals, waterfalls and mountains. We are trained and certified under the Commercial Bear Viewing Association of BC.

Welcome to the Comfort Inn, all guest rooms and common areas have been renovated in 2016, we now have a variety of guest rooms available consisting of two Queen beds, Executive rooms with one Queen bed and hideaway bed. All guest rooms have microwave and fridges in room. All guest rooms include complimentary 50"LCD TV with cable, hairdryer, Keurig coffee maker, iron/iron board, guest bathroom amenities and wireless WIFI.
