Named after the Eagles that soar overhead, Eaglecrest Golf Club is located in the beautiful Oceanside area of Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Established in 1971, Eaglecrest is one of the oldest golf courses in the area. This 18 hole championship golf course offers lush fairways and towering evergreen trees. The layout deftly combines a variety of different elements to create a uniquely challenging course. The first three holes are traditional links-style holes, while the next nine are tighter, winding through dense groves of firs and cedars. The final six holes are the golf courses most formidable, especially the 14th and 17th. The par-5 14th hole features lakes on either side as well as a treacherous pot bunker guarding the large green. Eaglecrest Golf Club`s 17th is also tricky. With a narrow landing area, massive greenside bunkers, and a slippery, four tiered, narrow green, the 17th at Eaglecrest will test all areas of your game. Eaglecrest presents many challenging tests, even for the most seasoned golfer.

Although our heritage-listed building dates from 1900, Cloudside is a totally new hotel right in the heart of Nelson's historic downtown, offering stylish, contemporary alternative to standard accommodations for the discerning traveler. The Barn building on our property was left empty at the end of our horses lives. Not wanting to have the building unused, we eventually decided to expand our home-based art and photography business which had been housed for years in our much smaller studio into this great new space. After months of renovations ART IN THE BARN GALLERY was born. We went on, to further renovate space to house Gabriels full-service, in-house Photography Studio and a full service on site framing shop. We both have a long history of working in Victoria as well as years of experience in our professions and work spanning Canada and other countries. It is fabulous to have such a wonderful place to showcase our work. While we predominantly display our own art and photography, we also occasionally host other talented people with locally made artwork for display and sale which includes pottery, jewelry. A must see.
