Canada's premier Snowmobile & ATV Adventure Centre an official BPR SSki-Doo® and Can-Am® tour operator located on the edge of the Canadian Rockies at the western gateway to Kootenay and Banff National Parks. Our snowmobile and ATV tours are designed to accommodate all experience levels, from beginners to advanced riders. We provide all the gear, equipment and instruction. We're fortunate to have a large property with sought-after natural assets, including a (frozen) waterfall, an alpine cabin, and a forestperfect for our snowmobile, ATV, and Mountain Bike tours. Experience incredible scenery and a spectacular alpine basin surrounded by soaring rock peaks, visit the remains of a historic silver mine and relax by the fireplace in our alpine cabin. The Fort Nelson Visitor Information Centre is located at Mile 300 on the famous Alaska Highway. Stop in to get information, ask questions, use the computers or internet, use bathrooms and fill up your coffee mug. The centre is also stocked with local artisan products from art and jewelry to pottery and First Nations products which may make a great keepsake. Old world opulence blends with new world convenience. Secluded on a 160-acre estate Rowenas Inn on the River has two identities: The first is a 1920s colonial feel. The inn, once the home of the Pretty Family, is now a grand, English-style boutique resort facing the Harrison River. The rooms offer waterfront or garden views. Revelstoke Nordic Ski Club is a family friendly cross country ski area. We offer 30 km of groomed trails for classic and skate skiing as well as a 4.5 km trail for snowshoeing. The Revelstoke Nordic Ski Club can trace its roots back to 1891. Today, the club is a registered non-profit organization. Almost all of the services provided by the club are accomplished by dedicated volunteer members.

Our winery is located in south east Kelowna just 10 minutes from downtown. We produce small lot Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and aromatic white wines. Winemaker & General Manager Grant Stanley sources premium fruit from a select few Okanagan growers and our home vineyard. We showcase the unique terroir of the microclimates of which these varietals are grown. While everyone enjoys the wine and the view when they come to visit, the most asked question would have to be about our name...On a cool spring morning in 1929, a small crew from Okanagan Falls set off to a deserted mining camp some 16 miles away from home. Their mission: to dismantle an old wooden church and bring it back to Okanagan Falls.The plan called for a controlled blast of four dynamite sticks inside the church in order to "loosen the nails". Odd as it may seem, the explosion spared the wood from damage during dismantling.Save for losing the steeple, the plan succeeded. Now the 103 year old wooden church stands proudly in its second home of Okanagan Falls and is still an operating United Church. In keeping with its rather remarkable history, the church has since withstood the threat of two major floods, including the disastrous burst of the Okanagan Falls Dam in the early 1950's.In naming our VQA wines "Blasted Church" we celebrate the ingenuity of the initiative to move the church and honor those pioneers for their vision.
