The Armstrong Spallumcheen Visitor Centre is the place to begin your North Okanagan experience. Our knowledgeable and friendly team are here to assist in everything from accommodation to directions or information on any of the many events and festivals. Please note: this centre is normally closed for Statutory Holidays from September - June.

Ocean Light II Adventures offers wildlife viewing and nature discovery tours on the BC Coast. Brookside Inn is located in Pepin Brook Vineyard Estates, Abbotsford, British Columbia. We are 3 minutes drive from the Mt Lehman Road exit from the Trans Canada Highway. We are 7 minutes drive from the Abbotsford International airport, and a 10 minute drive from the Abbotsford/Sumas border crossing to the United States. We are on the southwest corner of Simpson Road and Chardonnay Lane.

Parwood is an 18 hole disc golf course located in Sparwood, BC. The course is rugged and is built on the side of a mountain. The course is made up of 18 Innova baskets with yellow metal bands. The course is located at the end of the old ski hill road (Sparwood Heights Drive), behind Sycamore Rd. Visit the Leisure Centre (367 Pine Ave) to get maps, discs, brochures and instructions.

A 300 acre nature reserve with level walking trails, bird viewing blinds, observation tower and interpretive centre (free) . Known for a large nesting colony of Great Blue Herons which nest from March through July. Great bird and wildlife watching. Check website for free community programs and special events. Trail open dawn to dusk. Rotary Interpretive Centre is open 10 am to 4 pm.

We offer year round exceptional Stand Up Paddleboarding Experiences on southern Vancouver Island on the west coast of Canada. We are a mobile business and can help you with guided tours, lessons, events and rentals. We also sell boards, paddles and all the other gear you need to make your paddling experience safe and fun.
