Black Sheep Camp Kootenay is a campground situated along the picturesque Kootenay River in Canal Flats. The campground boasts 31 fully serviced RV sites, 20 30-amp power sites, four well-appointed glamping tents, and ample boondocking spaces throughout the property for off-the-grid camping experiences. Camp Kootenay River features amenities such as a washhouse with hot showers, washrooms, and a laundry facility. Additionally, guests can find a mercantile offering supplies at the office, as well as a storage yard catering to indoor storage needs for boats, RVs, trailers, and containers.

Although this is a small cottage it has a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom,one double bed and a fold out couch,unique eating area and a comfortable sitting area.There is also a semi private patio for your use.There is a small Gift Shop on premises.Sorry no kids and No pets.We are a 3.5 block walk away from the ferry dock,and a five minute walk from the ocean.

Nestled between Little Beach and Terrace Beach (5min walk), our property is the ideal getaway for those seeking quiet and nature. Each bright and lofty suite is 180 sq/ft with en-suite bathroom, private entrance, shared deck and separated from the main house.
