The Kamloops Art Gallery offers inspiring, provocative, and transformative art experiences of national caliber. Located in Secwepemclecw, it is the largest public art gallery in the Interior of British Columbia and boasts a collection of over 3,100 works of art. With more than 12 exhibitions every year sharing the work of local, national, and international artists, the Gallery offers diverse, accessible, and affordable experiences including talks, tours, and studio-based programs for people of all ages and abilities.

Explore town history with the coming of Alcans aluminum smelter in the 1950s, early valley settlement, and Haisla traditional arts and technology. Additional displays feature regional geology, flora, and fauna. The temporary gallery offers changing exhibitions of arts, culture, and history. Visit the Museum Gift Shop for a variety of decorative gifts including, jewelry, and First Nations design merchandise, local artwork, clothing, and more. Second-floor is accessible via lift.

One of Pentictons unique and favourite summer activities is floating down the River Channel. Visitors are invited to rent inner tubes and rafts and take a leisurely ride down the 7 kilometre long Channel to Skaha Lake. The River Channel is located between Okanagan Lake and Skaha Lake. The float starts at the Coyote Cruises launch site at 215 Riverside Drive. If you need floating tubes and a ride back to your vehicle Coyote Cruises will provide both. If you are looking to rent a tube or raft or simply require transportation once you are done floating the Channel, Coyote Cruises can help you out. Pick up is at the end point only in 2020.

A gem of Vancouver Island Heritage; Filberg Park is nine acres of breathtakingly landscaped waterfront green space, gardens and heritage buildings, in Comox, British Columbia. The park features 130 varieties of trees, seasonal gardens, and hundreds of rhododendrons.At the heart of the site is the 1930s heritage lodge, the former home of local pioneers Robert and Florence Filberg. Filberg Heritage Lodge and Park have become a popular venue for picnics, weddings, art shows and special events including the popular Filberg Festival held each year on BC Day long weekend in August. Amenities include the Filberg Gift Shop* and Filberg Tea House. Both are open seasonally May to September.Entry to the Lodge is by donation and the park is free of charge except during special events. *Lodge and Gift Shop are open subject to volunteer availability.

Fish and relax at Rugged Point Lodge! Located on the North West Coast of Vancouver Island. Comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests, we are the perfect place for your family or corporate fishing trip. Enjoy fresh baked goods daily and gourmet meals. Fish for Salmon and Halibut in one of our fully guided 23ft and 28ft Grady White Boats. Rugged Point Lodge is close to the fishing grounds and has some of the most consistent Salmon and Halibut fishing around. June, July, and August are the best months to fish for Salmon and Halibut. Fossil Beach Farm is a private 80 acre waterfront working farm. We offer glamping in our fully finished bell tents overlooking the Salish Sea and fresh cider fermented from our on site and other Hornby orchards. Our tasting room offers 5 different ciders, experimental tap, and non-alcoholic choices available in tasting flights, growlers, or prepackaged to be enjoyed in our picnic area or to go. We now offer farm to table BBQ in our outdoor kitchen during tasting hours.
