Nestled in the heart of sledding and houseboat country, are our three newly built cabins. Each cabin includes two bedrooms, with one single bed and one double bed in each room. One living room with a futon, a fully functional kitchen, and one bathroom with a stand up shower. Each cabin is equipped with its very own drying room for our sledding, snowboarding, and skiing guests.
Opened in 2006, the Palliser Lodge is well situated in one of the areas premier locations, boasting spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and ski slope activities. The Lodge, just walking distance to the Gondola base at Kicking Horse Mountain, ensures quiet enjoyment while maintaining the convenience of ski-in/ski-out access to the mountain. Other features include: private hot tubs, full kitchens, exercise room and underground parking.
Our spacious property is located next to one of British Columbias oldest and most beautiful golf courses. We have RV sites and a large play area for children and pets. You can stay in a modern cozy villa or one of our serviced RV sites. We are only a short walk to the very relaxing Kettle River. There you can catch a trout or take a very enjoyable float down the peaceful river. We have an abundance of wild life on and around the property. Everything from song birds and birds of prey to deer and elk.
Nestled on a half acre lot in a quiet rural area of Qualicum Beach, we are only minutes (by car) from town, the beach, and golf courses. You are invited to come share our cottage style home. Our living room is the 'common room' and breakfst will be served in our cozy kitchen or outside on the deck (weather permitting). Breakfast is prepared by Hans, a Swiss trained chef and German is spoken. Each bedroom has wonderfully comfortable beds with fine linens, character furnishings and TV's. Operates approx May 15 - Sept 15 each summer. A small, family-run campground located on Osoyoos Lake, near the Town of Osoyoos in BC Canada. Established in the 1960's this campground has always catered to families, seniors, couples and single travellers. The campground accepts tents, small/medium-sized RVs and also offers to those needing a simple budget sleeping unit several camping cabins and bedroom cabanas - these rooms comes with beds, mattresses, lights, electricity, a fridge, sink, mini-stove, and outdoor patio (weekly stays only in summer). Although an older park, Cabana Beach Campground has unique features that you will not likely find at older/rustic or provincial campsites : the 3-sided "kitchen cabana" shelters come with a picnic table, sink, light, and elec outlet and are included at most of the tent sites, with optional fridge rental available. Some modern amenities are also:fully tiled, coin-op showers, free use of central wifi, free use of air-compressor hose to quickly fill up your air-beds, bike tires, and all your floating water toys. Park owners live on-site. This park has strictly enforced common-sense campsite rules - No noise or behaviours which annoy or disturb other campers. For this reason, radios or tv's must be off by 10 pm, and "quiet time" is at 11 pm . There is one (perhaps) unusual rule - No Dogs are accepted. No fires either - but the main reason is there is often a complete regional fire-ban all summer long. Campers can still bring a propane fire pit. Also a campstove or barbecue for grilling!
