Located in the village of Stuie, British Columbia on the banks of the Atnarko River, Tweedsmuir Park Lodge is located on the traditional territory of the Nuxalk and Ulkatcho First Nations. The lodge is located in an extraordinary area where the worlds most interconnected fjord system, the worlds largest temperate rainforest, and a dramatic mountain landscape of glaciers, plunging creeks, pristine rivers, and granite cliffs converge. Much of the area is now protected as part of The Great Bear Rainforest or Tweedsmuir Provincial Park. The area is renowned for its abundant wildlife and is one of the most pristine grizzly bear habitats in the world. The historic lodge has been welcoming guests since 1931. Guests of the lodge may select either a Small Group or a Private package. Come nightfall, guests stay in their own private chalet or elevated suite right at the forest's edge. Holly Hill Petting Farm is the proud home of Vancouver Island's only baby wallabies! We're an interactive and expansive petting farm nestled in the heart of Campbell River. From March through October, you're invited to explore and immerse yourself in our free-ranging barnyard. Deadliest Catch NEW 42 Foot Sports Fishing Vessel for trips like the Deadliest Catch Show We are going to be fishing for Crabs & Prawns with traps on the Ocean Floor and while we wait for them to soak in the water for about 2 to 3 hours we will be fishing for Halibut or Salmon Tours will be 6 to 7 hours long We can take 17 passenger so it will be like Commercial Fishing with 100 traps on board

The Nechako White Sturgeon Conservation Centre hatchery program is dedicated to maintaining genetic diversity and conserving the population of the Nechako White Sturgeon. The hatchery is used to rear sturgeon eggs into one-year old sturgeon for release into the river. Research projects and programs also run out of the hatchery. Visitor Hours: Tours currently available by appointment only.
