Our hobby farm consists of an array of pets and a horse plus plenty of wildlife. We have an abundance of wildlife that live around our farm; our resident deer had her fawn on our property last year. Waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee on the privacy of your own deck listening to all the birds and occasionally catching a glimpse of the local deer and her babes is truly magical. This year she has twins and I seen them for the first time romping through a field of daisies. Crazy lucky I feel to live here and enjoy these moments. Both cottages are now fully equipped with kitchenettes so you may have options to cook a light meal at home or for a special occasion please ask and I am happy to offer breakfast or late afternoon cheese plate served to you out in your hideaway.

From May through October, Haig-Brown Heritage House, nestled on the Campbell River, offers unique Bed and Breakfast accommodations. Three rooms with views overlooking the grounds are available for up to seven guests. The house interior reflects the character and modest lifestyle of the family. The gardens and grounds remain true to what the Haig-Browns originally created and cared for.

Campbells Gold Honey Farm & Meadery is family owned and operated, based in south west Abbotsford, BC. R.J. Haney Heritage Village and Museum is located on the east side of Salmon Arm at 751 Highway 97 B, it is the Shuswap's largest heritage destination. It welcomes visitors from far and wide to discover how the early settlers and pioneers of the Shuswap lived. Set on 40 acres of the prettiest farmland in the Shuswap, the site comprises 24 buildings that are either replicas or originals and over 30 exhibits, including the original 1910 Haney House. Your admission includes access to the Heritage Village and Museum, Children's Discovery Centre & Outdoor Play Area, Sprig of Heather restaurant, walking trails, daily activities and tours. A must-see is our very popular Villains and Vittles Dinner Theatre Production. You can enjoy a home-cooked meal and live theatre every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday evening in July and August. We make everything right here on location and very often you can see the chocolatier at work and watch our decadent chocolate creations being made.
