Let us help plan your trip. Summerland Visitor Centre is wheelchair accessible and offers free WIFI, washroom facilities and picnic tables.

Cottonwood Cove RV Resort is situated on the shores of Shuswap Lake and has over 915 meters (3,000 feet) of waterfront and a secluded cove for campers to enjoy. Our on-site marina has a double ramp boat launch, and 40+ boat slips. Amenities include a rental shop with kayaks, canoes and standup paddleboards. We have free WiFi (upgraded to fiber optic cable in spring 2016), a laundromat, public showers and restrooms, community pavillion, dog beach and kids playground. During the day, there is also a pool and hot tub open. The resort is located adjacent to Roderick Haig-Brown Provincial Park and just 450 metres from the Adams River, famous for its annual salmon run. Our 170+ full service campsites have water, 50amp power, and sanitary hookup. The resort is open May 1st through late October, with a full time attendant onsite.

MK Bay Marina is a full service community based marina, located on the east side of the Douglas Channel. The marina is focused on servicing mariners who enjoy the ocean in this beautiful area. Amenities include Wi-Fi, laundry and shower facilities, long and short term moorage, waterfront camping, guesthouse and boat launch. The store offers a wide variety of tackle and boating supplies.

Maker of fine spirits including Gin, Vodka, Absinthe & other spirits with on-site retail, tasting bar and cocktail lounge. Cocktail Lounge runs Friday evening until 8pm and Saturday noon - 8pm

While staying at the lodge enjoy wildlife art, big game trophies, wildlife viewing, fishing, quiet evenings, snowmobile tours, big screen television, nature hikes, home cooked meals, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, billiards table. Almost every evening you will see rocky mountain elk as well as white tail and mule deer. Take a short walk and you may even see stone sheep. There are many trails throughout the ranch and surrounding area for hiking and cross country skiing. The over two acre lawn provides lots of room for children to stretch their legs and play.Bed and BreakfastEnjoy a relaxing stay at our beautiful cedar lodge. We have four guest rooms with room for up to 12 guests. Each room has a queen bed as well as at least one twin bed. All four rooms share two bathrooms. There is a billiards table and TV along with a large selection of movies to enjoy, in the winter times we have a nice wood stove to warm you while you relax for the evening. Breakfast is served every day on your time schedule. Lunch and Supper are also available with prior notice. We are open Year Around but are petty busy during our hunting season August 1 through Oct 15.

For the more experienced paddler we have day and multi-day sea kayak rentals. This includes an electric cooler/freezer combo (no ice needed!), sink, and two-burner stove with propane, plus all the cookware, utensils, and cutlery down to a corkscrew and can opener that you’ll need while exploring. A jackery 500 power station fuels the fridge… this has enough juice to keep it cold for two days. If you’re putting some clicks on the crosstrek in between, it will charge as you drive and last much longer, and you can charge anything else that needs a boost in the meantime.
