Spectacular views of mountain peaks, Beaver, Eagles, Osprey, Herons and even Black Bears are regular sights that will have you eagerly wondering whats around the next bend. Unlike an amusement park ride River of Golden Dreams trips allow you to be an active participant, one of the reasons people keep coming back to paddle the river. In the spring the water levels can be high and moving though always flat and no rapids. By mid-summer water levels are gentle. By late summer the beaver start rebuilding their dams creating pools to paddle in. Guides are recommended, though experienced river paddlers go unguided. Sink or Swim Scuba Inc is a PADI 5 star certified scuba dive shop located in Nanaimo, BC. Vancouver Island is rated top 10 for cold water diving, and we are grateful to dive all year round. As a shop, we love helping people explore our waters through scuba diving, and snorkeling. We offer courses, guided dives, as well as equipment sales, servicing, and rental.

We are a fantastic and scenic accommodation in Peachland situated right on the waterfront (400' of it!). We offer three beautifully appointed self-contained suites, with stunning Okanagan Lake views, built in 2013. All suites feature private en-suite bathrooms and fully appointed kitchenettes with air conditioning, electric fireplaces and heated bathroom floors. The common area has books, magazines, game and BBQ. Pineacre On The Lake offers a truly unique experience to get away from it all but it is within a 5-20 minute reach of Penticton, Summerland, Westbank and Kelowna. We are in the heart of wine, lake and golf country and close to a wonderful variety of restaurants. At the bottom of our path/stairs are 400 feet of waterfront with a 90 dock, raft and change cabin where you can snooze, read, relax, picnic, swim and sunbathe..as well as use our kayaks and canoe at no charge.
