The Gold Panner Campground is family operated and located in the foothills of the Monashee mountains. Our campground is dog friendly. We kindly ask that you clean up after your dog and keep them on a leash at all times. Some of the amenities at the Gold Panner Campground are: a covered BBQ area, playground, museum, coin operated showers, flushing toilets, and multiple outhouses. Whether your camping in a tent, 5th wheel, truck camper, RV, camper van, car, truck, motor home, van, or travelling lite and need a chalet or cabin, we will have something for you. There are 3 beautiful Chalets that sleep 8-9 and 4 smaller cabins that sleep up to 6. We offer cozy country cottages on our hobby farm in Valemount, BC, nestled in the spectacular Robson Valley. The cottages are private, self-contained units with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom(s). Enjoy gorgeous views of the 3 mountain ranges from comfortable chairs on your porch. Our 40-acre property offers a selection of: *Nature walks (boardwalks and trails) *Picnic areas *Outdoor benches and sitting areas *Ponds and wetlands *BBQ-Horses, llamas, alpacas, chickens, and ducks.

Ten Mile Lake is a very popular recreational destination for local residents and visitors. It offers multiple lakeside picnic areas, change houses, playground, two large beaches with roped off swimming areas, a boat launch, reservable picnic shelter, walking trails and great fishing. The Lakeside Campground features attractive, treed campsites, showers and flush toilets. While the Touring Campground offers sunny, open sites with 23 pull through sites capable of handling even the largest RV's on the road. Take a rewarding 2-km hike on the old railway grade along the lake, and through the forest to a large beaver pond. For those that enjoy fishing but don't have a boat we have a great fishing dock that was installed in 2015 thanks to the efforts of the Fresh Water Fisheries Society of BC and the Quesnel Rod & Gun Club.
